I’m James Allen, a professional futurist, strategy and foresight facilitator, and speaker.

I use a combination of signal-spotting, structured analytic techniques, scenarios and storytelling to help build the capacity of people and organisations to think well about the future and enable better decisions in the present.

The purpose of my work is to help widen perception about what’s possible, to cultivate greater clarity, wisdom and discernment amid uncertainty, and to support better decisions in the here and now that steer us toward futures awash in goodness, truth and beauty.
